Shape of the curve[編集]

Hi, I'm in doubt about the content of this image in several ways.

Hence the glowing work peace is symmetric, the graph is symmetric too. If I imagine the graph mirrored, it would have a sharp peak in the center (at T-Axis). Such a sharp peak would not exist in nature.
In my opinion, the curving of the graph should be the other way around. Static in the centre and then more and more falling toward the rim. (I'm not sure about that)
Touching the liquid, the temperature just drops suddenly, this does not happen in nature. There should be curves; sharp ones, but sill curves.
The temperature should drop in the liquid too, hence it heats up close to the work peace.
