The original uploader en:User:Yeu Ninje (YN) has both zh.wikipedia and en.wikipedia accounts. From my interaction with the en.user, the user often worked at en.wikipedia more than zh.wikipedia on maps related to the history of China. In around 2006 or 2007 on Skype, one zh.wikipedia user on Skype chatroom typed and praised the prettiness of those maps and asked who had created those map. Another zh.wikipedia user replied that YN on en.wikipedia had created them so this second user recommended the first to ask YN on en.wikipedia. -- Ktsquare (對話) 01:10, 29 January 2021 (UTC)
