Someone placed a NSD tag on this image. It would be a shame if this were deleted by strictly following the letter of policy. Anyone looking at the image, and comparing it with images of Happy Valley Racecourse from here would see that this cannot be dated after 1902. The author, if known, would be long dead, and copyright of 50 years therefrom would also almost certainly have expired. Also, the person who placed the tag did not notify the creator, but I have done that today. Ohconfucius 05:06, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

I am not the creator, I just saved the image from the Chinese Wikipedia and uploaded it using the same license they provided. It was first uploaded by zh:User:Wrightbus. Deadkid dk 01:16, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
