I do not understand User:Rtc. As I told him before: My friend Thomas Falk took the picture for me in my order and using my camera. The picture shows me (left) and my uzbekish friend Sattor in Hayat (Uzbekistan). I am the holder of all rights in this picture. So it has already been published in two german newspapers. It is irrelevant if the picture was taken for you, on your order and using your camera, as long as it was taken by him and not by you. If it was published in German newspapers, these newspapers have as well done a copyright violation. We need written permission from Thomas Falk that he permits anyone to use it under GFDL and we need a model release from you and your friend. Period. --Rtc 00:05, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
