The Republic of Artsakh existed from 1991 to 2023, and it was not included in this gif. 2001:250:4000:801F:D4C3:3EFD:1901:4882 04:49, 26 April 2024 (UTC)

I'm not saying no, but this is an animated version of File:History of NATO enlargement.svg, so maybe bring this up at that file's talk page? At it's root, it is based off of File:Blank map of Europe (with disputed regions).svg, which does seem to include (one definition of) Artsakh, so I don't have a specific reason for why those dashed borders didn't translate over to this file. -- Patrick Neil, _oѺ^∞/Talk 12:55, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

Thanks for your reply! What I mean is, File:History of NATO enlargement.svg reflects the current map. Artsakh doesn't exist so it wouldn't be included there. However, File:History of NATO enlargement animation.gif shows the history, and Artsakh is surely part of it.
