How about we change the colours? I think they are misleading. As this shows adoption of a standard one colour should be used with different shades to represent the progress towards full integration. So maybe dark blue for the Euro, a dark green as a general colour and two shades of the same green for the rest?
- We need to be careful to keep the use of the IBAN and the use of the Euro separate. I do however agree that the colours could be changed. How about:
- Dark blue - Uses the Euro (therefore in SEPA and IBAN registered with SWIFT)
- Light blue - In SEPA, but does not use the Euro (therefore IBAN registered with SWIFT)
- Dark red - IBAN registered with SWIFT, but not in SEPA
- Light red - IBAN available, but not yet registered with SWIFT. Not in SEPA either.
