Why did the old image get moved to (2)?

This is kind of confusing and I don't think it's very good, because in contrast to the original (a daytime image of the accident), the current File:Incidente Línea 12 Ciudad México 2021.jpg is dark and hard to see, which is the same problem with the old image on this article, File:AccidenteMetroCDMX20210503.png.
