Hi there - I believe this should be renamed - there was a request on enwiki to rename the file Jack Bauer.jpg (of the character from the TV show 24) in favor of this image. I think instead this image should be renamed to Jack Bauer (cyclist) - or similar, in line with the articles this file is linked to across most wikis - if someone searches for Jack Bauer, 99% would expect to find the character, not a cyclist.
