Date (1920-1925) and voting[編集]
This image has many clues that LOC caption could be checked for this one.
- If we believe the date, then women in Japan did not have voting rights in that time frame;
- if those in the picture were voting for congress or city officials election, then it should be after 1945;
- very peculiar you have city ward mayor behind the ballot box;
- those women wore typical Geisha/private prostitute hair style to tell their profession;
- no school boys were allowed in the voting hall, whether or not looking excited;
