The term Boy Scouts refers to a specific organization. Japan used to, and still have, independent youth organizations, and this photograph does not show any slightest sign of "Boy Scouts" but rather a whole different organization in Japan during the war. Therefore, I believe the title should be changed from "Japan drills Boy Scouts with rifles 1916" to "Japan drills children with rifles 1916" unless there are further sources to prove the group affiliation of these children in the photograph.--Shun1990 (talk) 04:25, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[回覆]
