Needs update

Since 2020 it has changed a lot, BNP lawmakers have resigned, Independent MPs are now 2 etc. I think we should update it before 1 February 2023 (by-elections in vacant seats). And I think we should also re-add black circles for the 50 reserved (women) seats, where lawmakers were elected indirectly (by the MPs).
