The right one?

[編集]

The John Cadwalader who lived 1805 to 1879 was not in the cabinet, but was a member of Congress in the 1850s. The John Cadwalader who was assistant secretary of state lived 1836 to 1914. He would have been only 24 in 1860, and just starting his career. So I would guess the first one is the right one, who later as a judge for a long time. W Nowicki (talk) 21:25, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[返信]
