I am in aviation and came across this link accidentally when searching for something totally unrelated. I have a concern because the Korean Airlines (KAL) flight was KAL007 whereas KA is the callsign of Dragonair; a Chinese airline. Shortening Korean Airline (KAL) to KA erroneously makes reference to an entirely different airline; Dragonair.
