No Edits, but this image is a mess, use a smaller font and incorporate the expanded detail into a single whole map with each number in its own space (the whole map would just be a bit wider) - also the number order is totally random and confusing - why not start with 1 in the center and work outwards? or top left? good grief. If one wants to find the location of a specific district one has to review the whole list of 50 to find it and then search the whole map to see what number matches.

The map should have some pattern of number order or the district list should be in alpha order or some combination.
