Possible intentional disturbance noted (see file history, and it's timing: is this part of hybrid war?) Alignment wrong, waterways missing. Can anybody correct this?

I noticed that all locations seem to be mislocated (moved towards ENE), and major waterways are missing at least in this current map version. This map is widely used in city and rayon articles in various languages. (several tens already in Finnish Wikipedia) Hundreds or thousands of articles! Something has gone wrong since 2012 when location_map for Kiev region (voblast) was created e.g. in Finnish Wikipedia (https://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malline:Location_map_Ukraina_Kiovan_alue this is local version of other location maps). I strongly think that coordinates plotted then showed OK with the map used thenin tens of articles (created 2012-early 2014). As the location map has not been changed, and I have checked e.g. that of the coordinates shown e.g. in article about Kiev region ([1]) seem to be ok, the error source is likely to be the newer versions of this file.

Could somebody please verify and correct the alignment error of the current file, and add the major waterways which were there earlier?

Larger picture: Based on the file history it seems that user Artemka is creating these problems. See also timing of these changes. Maybe the Admins should be warn and monitor this user more carefully and consider also blocking his/her editing rights? To me this seems to be much similar anti-Ukrainian act of "terror/hybrid war" seen in many wikipedia article "updates" widely since the ongoing occupation of Crimea and War in Eastern Ukraine started. --Paju~commonswiki (對話) 23:22, 12 September 2017 (UTC) (Kindly note: I am not active follower of this username)

I reverted the file Kyiv province location map.svg (was vandalism), locations maps used in many wikipedias seems to produce correct map locations again. --Paju~commonswiki (對話) 02:30, 13 September 2017 (UTC)
