Number or percentage of native speakers?[编辑]

This is just the kind of sloppy, uncorrected even after editorial notes, bull⋅ that is making me hate this ⋅ encyclopedia. All the little peripheral blank discs need to be lumped together and assigned a value. A legend or caption needs to explicitly state that discs without values are less than 1/2%, or what-the-⋅-ever that should read. Sadsaque (留言) 13:38, 11 September 2016 (UTC)[回复]
