Color blindness

No idea whether anybody will ever see this, but would it be fair to request that either the green or red dot would contain a white dot or transparent hole in the middle so that red/green colorblind people would be able to read maps such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:COVID-19_pandemic_map_of_Mainland_China_(dots) Greatslovakia (對話) 12:00, 24 March 2020 (UTC)
