Reupload a new version with blue color changed to #005385

#005385 is a more accurate color, when compared to the official site. The offending color is #003aa8 on lines 6, 112, 130, 148, 157, 175, 195 and 215 in original revision. 80.221.159.67 06:03, 1 October 2016 (UTC)
