Active Parties

I originally included the active Pirate Parties when there were 10 colours on the map.. But they are not really needed to show the members of PPI. Maybe change it to members and observers, since active PPs can be seen on the first map anyways.. --Saftorangen (talk) 21:22, 22 March 2011 (UTC)
