Puerto Covadonga (Bernardo O'Higgins base) misplaced

The map shows a black circle, either the 'capital' of Territorio Antártico Chileno, which is Puerto Covadonga alias Bernardo O'Higgins base, or the largest Chilean facility, which is Villa Las Estrellas. However, that circle is centred on the South Shetlands chain of islands approximately on Greenwich Island where another Chilean base (Arturo Prat) is situated. Puerto Covadonga is located to the southeast across the Bransfield Strait, on the coast of the Antarctic Peninsula, while Villa Las Estrellas is located on King George Island which is also outside of the circle.
