Licence request

On 01:35, 27 October 2010 (UTC) User talk:Fetchcomms requested a licence for this picture from me. As everyone can see on the description page I'm not the author - it's User:WolfgangSladkowski. I just uploaded a modified version of the file. The source which is given there ([1]) is the homepage of this User:WolfgangSladkowski. Therefore I don't see the necessity to get a permission of him... his photo, his webpage-source. Hence I think the request should be removed. --RoB (talk) 07:26, 27 October 2010 (UTC)
