Added source information

I first tagged the image with "no source" but then noticed the photographer was Leo2004, a German wikipedia contributor, so I added a filled-in Information template. I believe this satisfies Commons requirements for sufficient information to determine the GFDL license. I added that Funakoshi cropped the background away (I determined this by comparing the raw images of each in Paint.Net layers). Finally, I moved the following section from the page description to here as it appears to apply to images by the Greek Ministry and not by photographers. Please revise in case I've got this wrong or if Funakoshi was not the one who made the crop. -Wikibob 19:10, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
