This image was posted to WowTurkey on September 1, 2006 by kerem1979. I think kerem1979 and Kerem Barut is same person. However, Wow Turkey says "wowTURKEY sitesinde yayınlanan yazı ve fotoğrafların her türlü hakkı wowTURKEY sitesine aittir. İzin alınmaksızın kaynak gösterilerek dahi iktibas edilemez." I don't think the website can claim copyright from the original author unless they bought the right from him, which I doubt. If the original author decides to upload to wikipedia it is his right to do so, he is the copyright owner, not the website. IMHO: --Teemeah (talk) 12:33, 12 January 2012 (UTC)

• I tend to agree with Teemeah. It would be quite odd if the law made possible that a collaborative site or forum, like WowTurkey looks like, could dictate what the authors of photos they upload can do with their own photos, namely licensing them to whatever purpose. --Stegop (talk) 16:25, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
