• 1 because this end of current cycle, 0 because this is beginning of next cycle. It doesn't matter. The hour 24.00 usually is represented as 0.00. Perhaps 1 would be a little better, because this image shows current cycle. Darekk2 (對話) 09:02, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
