My grandfather drove this train as long as I can remember. My grandmother and myself would meet him at the station in savannah when he would come in. I was always glad when he came in engine first because of the walk. In savannah you could come frontwards or backwards. He was a engineer for over 50 years as well as my father for 45 years. Great memories traveling on this train. I am in my 60's now so it was a long time ago.
