Is there any reason to think this is in the public domain? I can't find the NOAA copyright policy but my bet is it is not. Usually U.S. gov agency logos are not subject to being in the public domain (see, i.e., the NASA copyright policy) because it would allow people to make, say, mugs and hats and sell them and pretend they are selling official government stuff. --Fastfission 19:25, 11 September 2005 (UTC)
