Image is reversed?

Egyptian was read from left-to-right, but this picture is right-to-left. Plus, the cartouche looks reversed too, according to the examples on the article. Is the image reversed, or is this a one-off? LittleCuteSuit (留言) 19:41, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[回复]
