Hi @Ericmetro: ! I'm just writing you to suggest that the circle shuld be a bit bigger [1]; [2]; [3]. After having watched at the pictures, from the top of the flag to the roundel, and from the roundel to the blue stripe on the bottom shuld pass the same space occupied by the trhree-coloured bands encircled (moreover the white color between the blue and the red shuld be a little bit thinner).
