Blue shade

Some actual photo of original flags have a darker blue shade: [1], [2], [3], [4].

According to Victor Lomantsov on FOTW, the blue color was derived from Andrew's cross, thus the blue shade of Andrew's cross could be an option. Current shade looks more like the 1992 version. --Ericmetro (トーク) 09:43, 13 December 2014 (UTC)
