Description a little wrong

The description says "The uranium oxide is enriched to 4,2 and 4,6 percent of U-235.". Surely it should be BETWEEN 4.2 and 4.6 percent? It can't be enriched to 2 separate amounts! Also does Wikipedia have a policy of using decimal points rather than commas, which is the more European style? Personally I would write

The uranium oxide is enriched to between 4.2% and 4.6% of U-235.

Using the percent sign, too. Any objection? I think it would be presumptuous to change it myself, not being my picture, so I will leave it to the person who provided it. 84.65.113.155 19:27, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[回复]
