Wrong licence

Hello,

This file can't be "© & ™ All rights reserved, Wikimedia Foundation, Inc." because the original file (Image:Iceberg.jpg) is GFDL. See also the source here: [1] [2], where it is something like CC-BY-NC (commercial users need written permission). Yann 22:50, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for pointing it out! It seems like this edit accidentally or maliciously replaced the right license with the wrong one. Any work based on another GFDL work must be released as GFDL. --spider 10:16, 30 August 2007 (UTC)

Correction: the license change status was completely legal, see Wikipedia:Wikipedia:Wikimedia logos#Wikisource. The original copyright holder re-released the image and delegated all rights to Wikimedia Foundation. --spider 10:26, 30 August 2007 (UTC)

Well the original image is free for non commercial use. So I don't think it can be at the same time, "© Wikimedia", GFDL and "free for non commercial use". So something is wrong somewhere. And the link above goes to en empty page. Regards, Yann 12:16, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
