Grade of award is dubious

@Shakko: The description said it is awarded to Russian Crown Prince Alexey. According to rules of the award, it would be first class, 2nd grade which is fit for a prince. However, this is dubious. According to the description of award, the image matches the description of a third class: golden double dragon on vitreous enamel background decorated with Sapphire for the star, blue ribbon with red dragon. A first class 2nd grade award should be: vitreous enamel double dragon on rose gold background decorated with ruby for the star, red ribbon. This doesn't match the image at all. I think either the owner is misidentified, or the image is misidentified. It is unlikely to be a award to a prince. --Happyseeu (留言) 22:15, 27 September 2018 (UTC)
