The title is misleading: this is a picture of "La Riponne", and AFAIK most if not all the university activities (courses, campus, etc.) nowadays take place at the UNIL (Université de Lausanne) which is at another place (see here[1] for pictures of the main building). There's still a part of the library in la Riponne however (as well as museums...)
