This photo is shown in The Lost City of Z book 2010 edition and is described as being taken in 1911. The book attributes permission to Rolette de Montet-Guerin for this and other photopgraphs and text. However as Ms. Montet-Guerin was Fawcett's granddaughter, and was 'in her 50's' in the mid 2000's according to:

she would not have been the photographer who took this picture. The original artist is therefore unknown. As of today, such author would have had to have died after 1947, or 36 years after taking the the photo, to not count under the rule of Life of Author + 70.
