Upscaling and jpg/png version

@SpanishSnake, Túrelio, and CzarJobKhaya: Is it appropriate for the original upload of this file to have been replaced with an upscaled version? I was under the impression that upscaling would be considered digital restoration per COM:OW. Additionally, shouldn't File:Perseverance landing.png be considered the best version currently? It's the highest resolution version I'm aware of that's been released (see here), and the original version is a PNG so I don't think it makes sense to use a jpg over it (see COM:PNG).
