I am not sure if Iraq should be considered a party to this dispute. There are no sources in the article naming Iraq, except a mention that the now-toppled government of Saddam Hussein used the term Arabian gulf during the Iran-Iraq war. It is not clear if the current position of Iraq is to use this term and, given its close alliance with Iran, there is no reason to automatically believe that it is a party to this dispute in absence of reliable sources.
