Accessible description needed

People using screen readers will not be able to hear this diagram correctly. An accessible text-only version of the full text is needed. I would consider adding one, but I'm not sure how to accomplish that in Wikimedia Commons or whether it would propagate across use in other Wikimedia sites. Just typing out the text in the image wouldn't help too much for that purpose. It would have to be kind of explained, and the wording used in the explanation wouldn't be exactly the same as the text in the image (it would need to be longer, to start with).
