You can verify this by clicking on "About" at the journal's website (link), scroll down to the heading Open Access where it says "As authors of articles published in Malaria Journal you are the copyright holders of your article and have granted to any third party, in advance and in perpetuity, the right to use, reproduce or disseminate your article, according to the BMC license agreement." and click on "BMC license agreement" (link) and it's point #3 on the license agreement.
