I think this might be Portulaca pilosa, which is supposed to be very similar, but with simpler petals. I'm not sure which one it is. P. grandiflora is also categorized as "P. pilosa ssp. grandiflora". I'm pretty sure that this is P. Pilosa, because it lacks the rose-like flowers of P. Grandiflora, but images from Google image search display slightly smaller flowers. Perhaps this is P. grandiflora that has reverted to a more natural state?
