This flag is a terrible reproduction

For starters, the APDR Réunion flag is supposed to have a 5:3 aspect ratio, not 4:3. The colours of the hoist side border should match the French flag, and the two blues are different shades. the part that is square on this file is supposed to be 4:3, and the cross is supposed to be centered together with the circle. I made a much more accurate reproduction and substituted it in a few pages, but the better option would be somebody with the necessary permissions to update this file with the correct flag.
