Provenance?

I'm very sceptical that this image is of a genuine contemporary handbill or whatever. It looks to me like a recent mock-up, and if so it doesn't have any value on Wikipedia (beyond the words on it), and is not copyright-free. Can anyone supply any credentials for it or should it be deleted? Flapdragon (トーク) 19:26, 6 April 2017 (UTC)
