Copyright problem

The image has been released by User:Grandmaster as CC by-sa 3.0. However, the same image is on [1] (click on "AE 1951, 00263"), where it is declared as copyrighted and available only for scientific use. One of the two images is therefore incorrectly copyrighted; which one? --TcfkaPanairjdde (talk) 22:24, 16 June 2011 (UTC)

I have no idea about the copy of this image on another site. I took this image during my visit to Gobustan. I have other images taken with the same camera on commons. So as the author and the copyright owner, I release it to commons, and any copies on other sites must credit the author, i.e. me. Grandmaster 21:02, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
