One region missing

There is no #25 on this map. The map combines N'Zi Region and Moronou. As a result, the numbering is all mixed up—there is no 25 and 23 and 24 are misplaced. I will try to fix this in the next few days. Good Olfactory (トーク) 04:29, 4 December 2015 (UTC)
