Cette photo a été prise en 2004. Il faut savoir qu'en 2005, ces magasins sur le côté ouest de la place du Potala ont été démolis sur la recommandation de l'UNESCO et remplacés par un espace vert. Il n'y a donc plus lieu de conserver ce document dans les pages où il se trouve actuellement en tant qu'illustration de l'engouement à Lhassa pour les modes et goûts venus d'Occident ("the growth of western tastes" dans le libellé du fichier).
This photo was taken in 2004. However, it must be stressed that in 2005, the shops along the western side of the Potala Square were razed on the advice of UNESCO and replaced by a green belt. So there appears to be no more point in keeping the file in whatever page it is featured as illustrating "the growth of western tastes" (as its author puts it).--Erussal (talk) 13:37, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
