Where was this monument?

Where was this monument? Was it in Addis Ababa? The statues of lions around it suggest it may have been on the site of a previous monument linked to the emperor, Haile Sellassie. Clearly, it was built in an existing traffic circle. Pete unseth (トーク) 22:36, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[返信]
