Mistaken identity

This photograph is not Richard James Dacres, it is of Edward Bruce Hamley.

The full photograph can be found here [1], "Left to right, Lieutenant Colonel John Miller Adye, CB, Asst. Adjt. General, Royal Artillery; Major General Sir Richard James Dacres, KCB, Royal Artillery; and Lieutenant Colonel Edward Bruce Hamley, Royal Artillery."
