Are we sure this is an SA-7? The detail on the front of the battery (the sphere at the lower front with the angled tube sticking out of it, pointed slightly downward) looks more like the batteries usually issued with an SA-16, a more up to date version of the same thing. I'm not sure if the batteries will fit either, though.

This is definitely an SA-18. The battery coolant unit was used from the SA-14 onwards, so it can't be an SA-7. If you look at the front end of the launch tube there is a funnel shaped extension which is characteristic for the SA-18. For reference see here: http://www.conflictarm.com/images/FG2__MANPADS_.pdf.
