No, as they appear to be different photographs, from slightly different perspective.

Besides which, if they're both corectly accessible to Commons (and not trivial bitwise duplicates), why delete either? Whilst not perhaps "necessary" to have them both in such a case, nor would deletion convey a benefit. If one was only on WP under fair use, it would be different.
