Closed-source UI?

The Wikipedia page says Sailfish OS has the UI under a closed source EULA. Does the EULA permit free sharing like this?
I'm inclined to say no, as the EULA states (section 3 "License" subsection 3):
| “ | You are expressly prohibited from doing any of the following acts: [...] Copying any elements of our Software, including [...] graphics [...] or other proprietary information, without our prior written consent. | ” |
COM:SS states that to create a freely licensed screenshots you must "Use a free program with a completely free skin." which Sailfish OS doesn't fall under since it requires written permission.
