I noted this page when looking through my San Francisco photos and noticed that it is from Sacramento Street. I have a picture from Washington street which I think shows the buildings on the right and has a trolley line. Sacramento Street has no trolley line. Did it have one in 1906?
To see the view from Washington go here: [1]
A quick search of Trolley line history shows that indeed, this picture cannot be from Sacramento Street, as it never had a trolley line run its length.

- I think the photo is probably labeled correctly. Circa 1906 there was a cable car line running down Sacramento to the Embacadero. Map of San Francisco cable car system at greatest extent. --Paul (talk) 23:27, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
